At Premium Draws LLC, our goal is to provide customers with the highest-quality premium cigars while ensuring transparency, compliance, and exceptional service. This Retail Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases made directly from Premium Draws LLC, whether through our website, phone orders, or authorized retail outlets.
1. Eligibility to Purchase
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any tobacco products from Premium Draws LLC.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal purchasing age in your state or country.
We reserve the right to request valid photo identification at checkout or delivery. Orders placed by minors will be cancelled immediately.
2. Ordering Process
Orders may be placed via our website, phone, or in-person at select retail locations.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and may choose a substitution or receive a credit.
Premium Draws reserves the right to limit quantities per customer to ensure fair distribution.
3. Payment Terms
We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH payments, and other approved methods as listed at checkout.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
Pricing is displayed in U.S. dollars and includes applicable taxes where required by law.
Promotional offers or discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Carriers: Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on location, order size, and applicable tobacco shipping regulations.
Delivery Times: Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days, though this may vary. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
Shipping Restrictions: We comply with all state and federal laws. Certain states or jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit tobacco shipments. If shipping to your location is not permitted, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is delivered by the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of tobacco products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements will only be granted if your order is:
Damaged upon arrival
Incorrect (wrong item shipped or missing items)
Lost in transit and not recoverable
Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery (or expected delivery date if lost).
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Product Integrity & Storage
Premium cigars are sensitive to humidity and temperature. We ship our products in packaging designed to preserve freshness.
Once received, customers are responsible for proper storage (ideally in a humidor between 65–72% RH).
Premium Draws is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
7. Compliance & Legal Responsibility
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local tobacco laws when purchasing from Premium Draws LLC.
Cigars sold by Premium Draws may not be resold without written authorization (wholesale accounts excluded).
Products may not be exported or reshipped outside of the United States without express permission.
8. Privacy & Security
Personal and payment information collected during checkout is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service.
Premium Draws LLC does not sell or share customer data with third parties except as required by law.
Our website uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing.
9. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to interact respectfully with our staff, both in person and online. Abusive or fraudulent behavior will result in order cancellation and potential banning from future purchases.
Any attempt to purchase products under false identity or for underage persons will be reported to the proper authorities.
