Wholesale Policy
At Premium Draws Distribution, we are committed to building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with cigar lounges, retail shops, and distributors who share our passion for quality, craftsmanship, and service. This Wholesale Policy is designed to ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency in all business relationships.
1. Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available only to licensed businesses engaged in the retail or distribution of premium tobacco products.
All applicants must provide:
A valid state tobacco retail/resale license.
A completed Premium Draws Wholesale Application Form.
Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN).
Any additional documentation as required by state or federal law.
Premium Draws reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke wholesale accounts at its sole discretion.
2. Ordering
Minimum Order Requirement: All wholesale orders must meet a minimum of $500 per order (before shipping and taxes).
Order Placement: Orders can be placed via email, phone, or through the Premium Draws online wholesale portal (coming soon).
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of receipt and payment confirmation.
Backorders: In the event of limited inventory, backorders will be held and shipped once product becomes available unless the customer requests cancellation.
3. Pricing & Payment
Wholesale Pricing: Wholesale pricing is provided only to approved accounts. Price lists are confidential and must not be shared publicly.
MSRP Compliance: Retailers agree not to sell below the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) unless expressly authorized.
Payment Terms:
First three orders must be prepaid (credit card, ACH, or wire transfer).
Net 30 terms may be extended to accounts in good standing after review.
Late Payments: Accounts with overdue balances will be placed on hold until payment is received. A 2% monthly finance charge may be applied to past-due invoices.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Carriers: We ship via UPS, FedEx, or common freight carriers depending on order size and destination.
Shipping Costs: All shipping charges are the responsibility of the wholesale customer unless otherwise agreed.
Insurance: Orders are insured unless waived by the customer in writing. Premium Draws is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments where insurance was declined.
FOB (Free on Board): Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the consumable nature of tobacco products, all sales are final.
Returns are only accepted if products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a return authorization (RA) number.
Replacement or credit will be issued at Premium Draws’ discretion.
6. Compliance & Legal Responsibility
All wholesale customers are responsible for complying with federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale, marketing, and distribution of premium cigars and tobacco products.
Premium Draws Distribution strictly prohibits sales to minors and expects all wholesale partners to enforce age verification practices.
Wholesale customers must not export Premium Draws products outside the United States without express written consent.
7. Marketing & Brand Representation
Wholesale customers are encouraged to promote Premium Draws brands in a way that reflects their premium nature and heritage.
Use of logos, images, or branded content must follow Premium Draws’ official brand guidelines. Unauthorized reproduction or modification of branding is prohibited.
Online sales are permitted only with prior approval. Retailers may not sell Premium Draws products on Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces without express written permission.
8. Account Standing & Termination
Accounts in violation of this policy may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Common violations include:
Failure to pay invoices on time.
Unauthorized price discounting.
Misrepresentation of brand identity.
Non-compliance with state or federal law.
Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.
9. Policy Updates
Premium Draws reserves the right to update this Wholesale Policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via email and/or posted to the wholesale portal. Continued purchasing constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
